When Tegan and Jaymes from Voltaire Twins asked me to make a music video, it was difficult initially to come up with ideas. I liked the track but had never really delved into this style of music. After pitching a couple of half-baked concepts we decided to go with something minimal, using people's hands and some faux-choreography. We shot the majority of the video in a single day, with a bunch of the band's friends and family, and other volunteers, marching through the studio to offer their digits and knuckles.
