The Source
2018 • 6 mins
Some mates spend their weekend alone on their boat, visiting the Dampier Archipelago from Karratha.
The Source is part of Water Features – a series of four documentaries commissioned for the 2018 Perth Festival, as a collaboration between filmmaker Kenta McGrath and West Australian high school students who were asked to respond to the theme 'Water That is Important to You'. The project is an extension of Museum of Water, a collection of publicly donated water and accompanying stories created by UK artist Amy Sharrocks. The Source was devised and created with students from Karratha Senior High School in the Pilbara region of WA.
